The Yachtsman is a high quality Disney restaurant inside the Yacht Club hotel at Disneyworld. The Yacht Club is located along with several other Deluxe hotels along the Boardwalk area, adjacent to EPCOT. Reservations are necessary, and the dress is resort casual.
There is a lounge adjacent to the restaurant if you want a drink before dinner,or a nightcap after your meal.
Before going to the restaurant, be sure and check out the
dry-aged steaks via the windows inside the lounge. 
Once inside the restaurant, the high ceilings and open kitchen area welcome you.
